Welcome to Tanjas Atelier, my favorite place in my small old town apartment!
I have always been fascinated by the beauty of people and how it is created. In doing so, I do not associate the concept of beauty with socially recognized ideals, but with the uniqueness that makes every human being one of a kind.
For me, beauty is therefore not just a purely external feature, but can also show itself in the form of feelings that are carried outwardly on a person’s face.
I try to rediscover this beauty and uniqueness in my paintings over and over again.
Tanjas Atelier was created as an outlet to share my creative journey as I slowly overcome my enormous fear of failing in painting.
It took me a long and demanding way to get where I am right now, where the joy of painting outweighs the fear of failing.
I dream about creating a space where people feel free and encouraged to also find their way to be creative (again) and share their feelings through art.
